Hi Everyone! I'm Lauren, Baker/Owner of Peace of Cake Bakery, located in Eden Prairie, MN.

 I established Peace Of Cake Bakery in 2010.  It was originally called L.A. Bakery, and was a way for me to save up money for college, doing something that I loved.  As a kid, I used to bake with my mom and watch Ace of Cakes on the Food Network for hours. My goal is to always make the most flavorful cupcakes and cake pops using the best ingredients. I'm also excited to now be offering Gluten-Free and Vegan options, just shoot me a message to learn more!
